Brad Bullock
Lead Pastor

Brad graduated from Fairfield High School in 2003, and went to Purdue University to study engineering.  After his freshman year at Purdue Brad felt a clear calling from God to youth ministry.  A semester later Brad enrolled at Bethel College, and then in April 2006 he came on as the youth director at NLF.  He graduated from Bethel College in April 2007 and started as the Lead Pastor at New Life in May.  He is married to Kelsey, and they have one daughter, Brenna.

Things I Like to Do:  Play and watch sports, surf, hunt, fish, sleep, eat, watch thunderstorms, and the occasional video game

Something I Least Like to Do: Get a sunburn

Mindi Martin
Worship Leader

Mindi grew up in Wakarusa and graduated from NorthWood High School in 1998. She completed her college degree at Bethel College in 2002. Mindi currently lives in Mishawaka and works as a first grade teacher at Wakarusa Elementary School.


Mindi's Favorites:

Favorite TV Show:  Extreme Home Makeover! I cry every time I watch it! Its my favorite, it's basically the only show I watch.
Favorite Movie: Wild Hearts Can't be Broken.
Things I like to do: I love spending time with my family, going to the gym, hanging out with friends and reading.
Favorite Food: Cereal (Special K with Red Berries)
The Coolest Thing about NLF: Every week, I am blown away by the generosity of the people. They are willing to give of their time and effort to make the church run smoothly. The coolest thing about that is that they never expect anything in return-true givers.
 




Ron Bale
Administrator

Ron grew up at Klinger Lake near Sturgis, Michigan, and moved to Elkhart where he graduated high school in 1961.  It was there that he met his wife Gale.  He spent 32 years in funeral home service before moving to LaGrange County.  Ron and Gale got involved at New Life in 2005 and have been key leaders in the growth and impact of NLF.  They have two children and four grandchildren.

Larry Byrnes
Associate of Pastoral Care
Larry graduated with a theological diploma from Kentucky Mountain Bible College in 1962.  He was a pastor for 35 years (and a school teacher for 29 of those years) right here in West LaGrange County.  After that he went on the mission field in Ireland with OMS International.  In December of 2007 Larry came on staff at NLF as a part-time associate of pastoral care.  He is married to Marian, who is his left foot and right hand in everything he does.
